SELLERS, DR.
ELMER. (1861-1941) A Kutztown, Pennsylvania Druggist who had a
very inventive mind, Sellers re-invented the Billinghurst reel in the
1930s. He received a patent for his Bas-Kit Reel (See
Sellers under Manufacturers) on Feb. 13, 1934. Sellers also invented
a disappearing hitching post, and was an avid fisherman.
